PRINCIPAL'S MESSAGE - MENSAJE DE LA DIRECTORA

Greetings Lexington Avenue Primary Center Parent and School Community!

I’m honored to announce that I will be serving as the new principal of Lexington Avenue Primary Center. My twenty three years of experience serving at LAUSD schools as a kindergarten teacher, mentor, literacy coach at a primary school, coordinator, and  as an assistant principal, has prepared me for this challenge.

I’m privileged to lead such a diverse group of students and strongly believe that ALL students are capable of reaching their highest potential, with collaboration from teachers, parents and the school community.  I want to assure you that our goals and actions will continue to revolve around the academic, social and emotional needs of our students in a safe and a nurturing environment to prepare them for the 21st century and in meeting grade level standards.

I commit to continue to support the school’s vision and mission, through a strong partnership with parents and the school community. We will work together to promote parental involvement and engagement, offer on-going parent workshops and opportunities for parents to participate in school-wide events and activities.

I’m looking forward to a productive school year and look forward to meeting you. Please feel free to email me at mkupalia@lausd.net or to call the main office at (323) 644-2884, if you have any questions or concerns.

Sincerely,

Mariam Kupalian,

Principal

Saludos Lexington Avenue Primary Center Parent and School Community!

Sinceramente,

Mariam Kupalian,

Directora
